My All-Time Favorites

Here are a few of my absolute favorites from this year. I've had an alright year. Business is slow right now, but it just gives me more family time and time to get things together. So, for your viewing pleasure, here are my "number ones" from my photography career so far. I can say that I have had the luck of finding my muse. She is also a great friend and a fantastic makeup artist!
I've been blessed enough to work with some fabulous people. I've met people that instantly became friends and people to look up to.

James Dean

Yesterday was so hectic, but it got extremely fun once Tyler showed up and we left our original location. We pulled up on this property that he is very familiar with and there was this antique gas pump staring me in the face. These are some of the images we came up with. I went with a Modern-Day James Dean type feel. Since a very young age, I have had a "thing" for James Dean. I have one of his quotes tattooed around my right wrist so that I remember it each day... It says "Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today." I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys the photos. Thanks Tyler for such a fun time! This was definitely a place I could've spent all day at! I was so proud of myself because, besides my husband, this was the first male I had officially worked with! Now, I can't wait for his next available moment so that we can work together some more!

Here I go....

First off, thanks for stopping by!
My name is Misty Panetta and I have always had a strong passion for photography. I wouldn't want to bore you with all the details that I'm sure you've heard from everyone else.... so, instead. I'll actually tell you about myself!
I love the light bouncing off someones eyes. I prefer to be imperfect. When light shines in a window and creates shadows across your face, that's a timeless photo. Photography is my way of capturing those things you may not see in yourself and pointing them out to you. My grandmothers hands tell a beautiful story and I can only hope for half of that when I'm her age. Trust me, in my eyes, you ARE beautiful! Although I am the tender age of 25, I have lived the life of someone twice my age. I have been happily married for 3 years now and I also have a 7 year old son who is my life!

I will gradually add photos of my recent work and await your feedback.
Also, I will tell more about myself and all the crazy and funny things I experience on a daily basis.
